The main question that this evaluation sought to answer is related to the analysis of achieving all three strategic sub-goals. Thereby, it should be ascertained whether the Youth Education program has: increased political and social education as well as the motivation of youth for social participation; strengthened the engagement and competences of already active youth and professionalized the work of youth organisations. Within this evaluation, it should be analysed whether the previously inactive young people, after attending the seminars, have decided to engage free of charge in some organisation founded by SHL or other civil society organisation, for instance (goal 1), or to intensify their engagement (goal 2). By employing selected evaluation methods, an assessment of project activities and project results was carried out in terms of relevance, effectiveness, impact and efficiency. In the evaluation process, we have used quantitative and qualitative participatory approach to triangulate data from several sources. As for the data sources, existing secondary data (internal documentation, reports) were used, as well as data collected from key sources during the evaluation itself. On the basis of collected data, assessments of each segment of Youth Education program were conducted.
