The aim of this research is to examine public perception and satisfaction of users of land administration services in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the same time, the research included an examination of satisfaction with the web portals www.e-grunt.ba and www.katastar.ba. Three-day visits aimed at examining public perception and satisfaction of users of land administration services were realized in the following cities in FBiH: Bihać, Orašje, Tuzla, Zenica, Goražde, Travnik, Mostar, Široki Brijeg, Sarajevo and Livno. The research was conducted on a sample of the general public, natural persons, and professional users - lawyers, notaries and real estate agencies.
