Overwied the relevant project and other documents to consider the proper approach and analyse existing occupational standard for the occupation “Cook” as well as the other relevant documents to understand the structure of the educational sector and desired intervention of the TVET project. Developed a comprehensive questionnaire which in a systematic, logical and structured manner query the relevance of the existing occupational standard
Moderation one slot during the workshop with the representatives of the tourism and hospitality industry and representatives of educational sector and conduct the interview based on questionnaire with the focus group from the industry during this workshop
All answers from the focus group were analysed and compare those with the existing occupational standard
