Overall project objective was to facilitate knowledge transfer between CSOs and engage local level CSOs in administering social surveys. The project was divided into three phases: (1) Revision and adjustment of the questionnaire (CRS mini-social cohesion barometar) to be used in the pilot phase of the social cohesion monitoring on the local level was phase one. This initial stage of the project was also used for selection of CSOs from 20 locations where DGS is already implementing activities through its Supergradjani initiative and working with CaHs. (2) Conceptualization of the workshops, including relevant materials, and delivery of three regional workshops in Mostar, Banja Luka and Tuzla was phase two. The training that was conducted during workshops was focused on learning by doing and offered participants the basic knowledge and skills to conduct research on social cohesion. (3) Assisting administration of two local pilot surveys was third phase. This phase included preparation and implementation of the survey, gathering and processing, and analyzing data, and presentation of findings. During this phase four mentoring visits were held, two in the municipality of Nevesinje and two in the municipality of Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje.
