Conducting a Mine Risk Education Survey within primary and secondary school's directors, teachers and pupils.

Client:
Handicap International
Abstract:

MRE activities in BiH targeting children are mostly implemented through the school system, as it is the most suitable way to gather large number of children; as well the rate of children enrolment in schools in Bih is high.

MRE organizations and institutions implement activities each year according to their plans. The number of schools, teachers and pupils covered is strongly depending on their capacities, and thus on funding they raise.

A MRE curriculum, integrated into the school system and related training and supporting educative material will guarantee a regular and continuous Education on mine risks.
