SCN - Save the Children Norway Abstract:
SCN runs two offices in South East Europe (SEE) – Save the Children in Albania (SCiA); and Save the Children Norway in South East Europe (SCN-SEE), covering Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. This evaluation was commissioned as external input into a strategy document due in 2010, clarifying SCN’s role and commitment in Europe.
