GTZ has been training youth leaders in BiH since more than 5 years. It has collected much experience and practical knowledge at local level on how to motivate and activate youth. As a final task, the GTZ would like to develop a teaching manual with material from all the different topics it has being using in its training,so as to standardize the training of youth leaders in the future in BiH and in other countries.
