Education for Sustainable Development country research reports published

ENjoinED Initiative is proud to present the country reports containing the results and the analysis of the research undertaken in 8 countries - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Romania, and Slovenia. The aim of the research was to collect and to analyze the existing content most directly relevant to Sustainable Development in the national curricula of these countries.

The methodology was designed by the Central Research Team - it involved 3 separate levels of analysis (Framework curriculum, Subject curricula and Textbooks) and it used a comprehensive list of cognitive and skills and values content elements derived from different theoretical and practical approaches.

The authors of the researches are giving the overview of the country findings related to the environmental, socio-cultural and economic elements of SD, drawing conclusions on the current ESD situation in the countries and provide possible recommendations for improvement.
