Support programme in BiH "Supporting Teachers to Lead Change"

Providing support for teachers in teacher leadership in three elementary schools in Sarajevo. Teacher leadership was seen as a means to strengthen teachers’ professionality by enabling them to feel that leadership is part of their work. It is about  teachers taking responsibility for leading change and making a difference to professional practice and to the development of professional knowledge.

The programme of support will be provided through a series of group meetings with teachers from each school. Teachers will be invited to identify the and clarify they own agendas for change creating individual or group projects.
