- Znatno iskustvo u kvantitaivnim društvenim istraživanjima, kao i u svajtovanju i obuci za paticipativni monitoring i evaluacijske pristupe. Njegov istraživački rad i evaluacije su se u glavnom odnosile na područje obrazovanja, socijalne zaštite, volonterizma, lokalne samouprave, zaštiti djece, trgovanja ljudima, pitanje mladih i Roma, PTSP, nestale osobe i rješavanje konfikata. Posjeduje napredne vještine u programiranju baza podataka i u multivarijantnoj statistici. Ima bogato iskustvo u Jugo-Istočnoj i Centralnoj Europi; također je provodio evaluacije u Haitiju, Tajlandu, Nepalu, Indoneziji, Šri Lanki i Indiji.
- Svoja istrživanje je prezentirao u Europskom Paralamentu, Svijetskoj banci u Washingtonu, ARC HQ Washington i Parlamantu u BiH.
- Ima deset publikacija izadatih u recenziranim časpisima društvenih znanosti o post-konfliktnog psihosocijalnoj prilagodbi.

Noviji rad ivan proMENTE uključuje:
- Razvoj evaluacijskog okvira za program oporavka od zemljotresa Međunarodne federacije Crvenog krsta i Crvenog polumjeseca teškog 1,2 milijaradi franaka.
- Provedbu meta-evaluacije psihosocijalnog programiranja u 500 miliona USD ARC programu oporavka od tsunamija.
- Vođenje rada na terenu u Nepalu kako bi se uspostavila osnaova za program upravljanja i demokratije finansiran od strane USAID-a.
- Pisanje priručnika za globalnu upotrebu na Nacionalnom Demokratskom Institutu o njihovoj podršci političkim partijama.
- Vodeći istraživač na ESP interenacionalnom istraživačkom projektu o uključivanju roditelja pri donošenju odluka u školi. Istraživanje je rađeno na reprezentativnom uzorku od 11 000 roditelja u 10 država.
- Autor regionalnog izvještaja o utjecaju volonterizma na milenijske razvojne ciljeve u u Zajednici neovisnih Država i Jugoistočne Europe.

proMENTE provides social research solutions to both businesses and non-profits. proMENTE operates internationally and is based in Sarajevo. The organisation was registered as an association with the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina in October 2002 by three social scientists.

- Over 15 years’ experience in quantitative and qualitative social research as well as training and consulting around participatory monitoring and evaluation approaches. Research and evaluation fields have included education, disaster and relief, psychosocial support, social protection, voluntarism, local government, civil society, child protection, trafficking in persons, youth and Roma issues, PTSD, missing persons and conflict resolution.
- Special interest and expertise in "big data" approaches in social research.
- Extensive experience across South-East and Central Europe as well as Haiti, Sierra Leone, Thailand, Nepal, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and India.
